of all or part of these elements is expressly forbidden in any type of
publication (printed or numerical) without the prior approval of Blachère
Illumination. The non-observance of this prohibition constitutes an act of
counterfeit which can engage the civil and/or penal liability for its
author.
Blachère Illumination provides the management of the customized app for
its customers. As we are working with partners such as Apple and Google to
publish the app in their store, Blachère Illumination shall therefore not
be held responsible for any errors or failure from services of theses
partners.
